We are thrilled to have partnered with the Field Museum and Temperance Beer Company to bring you, All The World Is Here, an 1893 World's Fair themed beer.
This delicious light and crisp cream ale was inspired by two exhibitions rooted in the past and the present: the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition and Brewing Up Chicago: How Beer Transformed a City currently on display at the Field Museum.
We researched the Field Museum’s collections to help us tell a unique narrative. The result was making a beer that uses the same types of European two-row Chevalier barley and American corn found in the Field Museum’s original collections from 1893. Don’t worry, we used fresher versions for our special collaborative brew.
We invite you to join us for the official release of All The World Is Here at Temperance. Sip on a bit of beer history throughout the night. At 7pm, representatives from the Chicago Brewsuem, the Field Museum and Temperance will discuss the beer and the collaboration.
Prairie Moon will have a pop-up grill from 4pm-8pm. They’ll be featuring All The World Is Here brats! Yum!
