Join us for the debut of a craft beer menu at Geja’s Cafe.  Founded in 1965, Geja’s Cafe is Chicago’s first wine bar and first fondue restaurant.  The Chicago Brewseum is proud to curate the first ever beer and fondue menu for the historic locale.

We invite you to gather with us for a private afternoon which includes a four course fondue experience each paired with a carefully selected Chicago craft beer.  We’ll discuss Geja’s history, beer history, hear from breweries, chat through the pairings and share updates about The Chicago Brewseum.

Metropolitan Flywheel greets you and accompanies the salad course.  Geja’s Café’s famous cheese fondue will be paired with Whiner Rubrique. The entrée course, the International Premiere Dinner featuring beef tenderloin, gulf shrimp, and chicken, is paired with 5 Rabbit Ironica IPA.  The grande finale, Geja’s Café’s flaming chocolate fondue, will be enjoyed with Revolution Eugene Porter.

$65.  Price includes four courses, beer pairings, tax and gratuity.  To make a reservation please call Geja's Cafe at 773-281-9101.  A credit card will be required for the reservation. Space is extremely limited.  This is a seated, sit down meal - event begins at 1PM sharp.

Proceeds of this event benefit The Chicago Brewseum. The Chicago Brewseum is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.  Your purchase is tax-deductible.
